A short, no-obligation conversation to see whether working together feels right

Taking the first step towards therapy or support can feel significant. You don’t need to know exactly what you’re looking for or how to put it into words — reaching out is enough.

This page offers a simple way to get in touch and to begin thoughtfully.

Getting in Touch

If you’re considering therapy or relationship counselling, you’re welcome to contact me to ask questions or to arrange a free initial conversation.

This initial conversation is an opportunity to:

  • briefly share what brings you here

  • ask any questions you may have

  • explore whether my way of working feels right for you

There is no obligation to continue beyond this conversation

How to Contact Me

You can get in touch in the way that feels easiest for you:

  • Email: info@rutagabalis.co.uk

  • Phone: +44 7949 430411

  • Contact form: please use the form below

I aim to respond within 2 working days. If you haven’t heard back within that time, please feel free to follow up.

Location & Sessions

I work primarily in person from my therapy room in Brentwood, Essex, where both Talking Therapy and Integrative Therapy are offered. The in-person setting supports the depth and continuity of the work, particularly where the body is part of the process.

Talking sessions are also available online via Zoom, where this feels appropriate or more practical. Relationship counselling are offerend in person and online.

Sessions are offered by prior arrangement and follow a clear, agreed structure, which you can read more about on the Session Structure, Booking and Fees page.

A Note on Urgency

Please note that I am not able to offer crisis or emergency support.

If you are in immediate distress or feel unsafe, please contact your GP, local emergency services, or an appropriate crisis service.

Name

You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. A few lines is enough to begin.

You don’t need to have clarity before reaching out.
Sometimes the first step is simply allowing a conversation to begin.
