Immersive Mental Wellbeing Retreat
Small group. Steady pace. Work that goes further.
I am currently taking enquiries for the Spring retreat in May 2027.
Twice a year, in spring and autumn, I offer small, immersive retreats in Spain for those who want to step more fully into their therapeutic process.
Many wellbeing or yoga retreats offer rest, movement, and a break from daily life. They can feel supportive in the moment, and they often create a welcome pause.
But they are not designed for deeper therapeutic work.
This retreat is.
It is built around therapy rather than activity — with time, structure, and individual attention at its core.
With only four participants, the group remains small and contained. This allows each person to be seen and supported properly, rather than being part of a larger group. Alongside shared conversations, each participant has dedicated one-to-one therapy sessions and body-based work across the retreat.
The retreat also has a quiet sense of community. Preparing and sharing meals together becomes a grounding rhythm of the day — a simple way of being alongside others. This sits alongside dedicated periods of silence, allowing space to step back, reflect, and not feel constantly engaged.
The ten-day structure creates continuity. Rather than briefly touching on something and moving on, you are able to stay with what is emerging, with support in place, and work at a depth that is not usually possible in shorter or large group orientated retreats.
This is what makes it immersive.
It offers a space not only to step away from your usual environment, but to work with what you carry — with enough time, support, and professional guidance for something to begin to shift more fully.
The Structure of the Retreat
The retreat runs over 10 days, with a gentle, consistent rhythm that supports both depth and integration.
Each day includes:
Morning Qi Gong (30 minutes) — a quiet, guided practice to support grounding and awareness
Breakfast
Themed group conversation — shaped around what is emerging within the group
Individual therapy sessions (4 sessions across the retreat)
Lunch
Body-based sessions (3 sessions across the retreat)
Evening meal
Evening group conversation
Gentle Qi Gong for sleep
There are also periods of silence woven into the retreat, allowing space for reflection and integration without constant interaction.
Alongside conversation, we may use different ways of exploring your experience, including:
visual or symbolic work, such as simple drawing
sand play, using objects to represent your inner or relational world
emotional or reflective cards to support expression
working with images, metaphors, or felt impressions
These approaches can make it easier to access thoughts and feelings that are difficult to reach directly, especially when things feel unclear, overwhelming, or hard to put into words.
The Way We Live Together
This is a shared, relational space rather than a serviced retreat.
Participants are invited to take part in preparing meals, which becomes part of the rhythm of the retreat — simple, grounding, and connecting.
Each person has their own private room, allowing space to withdraw and rest when needed.
The retreat balances time together with time alone, structure with spaciousness.
The Weekly Rythm
Sunday is a free day — a space to rest, explore, or simply be
Saturday is a lighter day, with group conversations only (no individual therapy or bodywork)
This rhythm allows the work to settle, rather than remain continuous.
Who This Is For
These retreats are suited to those who feel the need to step out of their usual environment and into a space where they can focus more fully on themselves.
You may have already done some therapy, or you may simply sense that the pace of everyday life does not allow the time, space, or depth you are needing right now.
The retreat offers a dedicated period to work with support — where reflection is not fitted around life, but given its own place. It tends to suit those who are looking for something more immersive, where change is not rushed or pushed, but allowed to unfold with steadiness and care.
Suitability
This retreat is designed for those who are able to engage in a small group setting and are open to both individual and shared therapeutic work.
It may not be suitable if you are in acute crisis or require more intensive or specialised support.
If you are unsure, this can be explored together during the initial conversation.
Location and Setting
The retreat takes place in a quiet, natural setting in Spain. The environment is simple, comfortable, and chosen to support calm, reflection, and distance from everyday demands.
Further details are shared once a place is offered.

How to Book
If you are considering joining a retreat, the first step is to arrange a free initial conversation (approximately 30 minutes).
This allows us to think together about whether the retreat would be a suitable space for you at this time, and also to consider how each participant contributes to the overall group. The intention is to create a group that feels steady, compatible, and able to support the depth of the work.
If a place is offered, you will receive an invoice following our conversation.
A deposit of £500 is required to secure your place. The remaining balance is payable one month before the retreat start date.
The current cost is £2,400 per person.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to the retreat location.
I am currently taking enquiries for the Spring retreat in May 2027.
As places are limited to four participants, availability can change quickly. If you feel drawn to this work, I encourage you to begin with a conversation rather than waiting too long.
Cancellation
The deposit is non-refundable, as places are limited and held specifically for each participant.
Further details around cancellations will be shared at the point of booking.
After the Retreat
For some, the retreat is a contained piece of work in itself. Others may wish to continue with individual therapy or occasional follow-up sessions.
This can be considered together, depending on what feels right after the retreat.
