Reflective Counselling for Leaders & Professionals
Where human stakes are high and responsibility is real
This work is for organisation leaders and professionals carrying complex responsibilities—where decisions have real human consequences and where familiar strategic approaches no longer feel sufficient.
I offer reflective counselling at the intersection of psychology, systems, and lived organisational reality. The focus is not optimisation or performance, but clarity: seeing what is shaping decisions beneath the surface, and understanding how human dynamics influence outcomes.
This work is quiet, senior, and deliberate. It is designed for moments when there is little space to think — yet much depends on thinking well.
When this kind of work is helpful
Reflective counselling in business is often sought when:
responsibility feels heavy or isolating
decisions carry ethical, relational, or systemic weight
organisations are technically functional but humanly strained
leadership roles require holding competing demands
something feels “off,” but is difficult to articulate
This work is not about fixing people or producing solutions. It is about understanding the field clearly enough that wise action becomes possible.
How I work
I work as a reflective sounding board, offering perspective rather than instruction.
Drawing on psychological training, trauma-informed practice, and senior organisational experience, I help individuals and leadership groups notice patterns, power dynamics, unspoken constraints, and emotional undercurrents that shape decision-making.
The pace is intentional. The emphasis is on discernment rather than speed.
Responsibility for decisions remains with you; my role is to help you see more clearly what you are already holding.
Who this works for
This work is often sought by:
senior leaders, founders, and directors
professionals in high-responsibility or high-risk roles
clinical, safeguarding, or organisational leads
individuals navigating complex transitions or ethical dilemmas
It is particularly suited to intelligent, reflective people who do not need advice — but do need a space where thinking can deepen without pressure.
Format and location
This work is offered through:
one-to-one reflective counselling sessions
short counselling session blocks around a specific situation
occasional on-site or in-person work where depth and context matter
I work online internationally and am open to travelling for this work, provided travel and accommodation expenses are covered and agreed in advance.
A quiet note on boundaries
This is not therapy, coaching, or organisational consulting in the traditional sense. It is reflective work grounded in psychological and systemic understanding and held within clear professional boundaries.
